Les 6 résolutions 2023 relatives aux travaux envisagés :

 

A – Affectation des fonds votés à la résolution n°14 de l’AG de l’Union du 4 avril 2022 : ratification de l’utilisation du budget voté en 2022 pour financer la dépense des deux audits complémentaires (19 200 €).

B – Aménagement dans le parking souterrain
B1 – Pose d’arceaux identiques à ceux déjà existants devant les portes des bâtiments, afin d’éviter les stationnements gênants dans le parking.
B2 – Modification de l’ancienne porte de sortie des voitures du garage côté promenade Marie-Paradis sous le bâtiment Forclaz par une porte piétonne.

 

C – Aménagement extérieur

C1 – Création d’une rampe d’accès pour les personnes à mobilité réduite devant l’entrée du Triolet côté allée Marcel-Burnet.

C2 – Amélioration des abords du parc de la Roseraie : création d’un cheminement piétons en gravillons collés rejoignant l’allée Marcel-Burnet et l’allée de l’Union à l’entrée arrière du Chamois Blanc, retrait des plots béton de l’ancienne barrière séparant le parc de la Roseraie de l’allée Marcel-Burnet et suppression des édicules bétons sur l’ancienne cuve à fioul.

C3 – Semi de prairie fleurie devant le Chamois Blanc et sur toute longueur de la façade sud du Jonquille identique au test réalisé l’été 2022.

 

D – Ratification du mode de gestion du contrôle d’accès aux stationnements tel que décrit dans le courrier du directeur de l’Union distribué en novembre 2007 à l’ensemble des propriétaires de Chamonix-Sud, lors de la réouverture du parking souterrain à la suite de l’incendie de 2004.
Pour rappel : Chaque propriétaire d’un lot principal (appartement ou lot commercial) de l’ensemble immobilier de Chamonix-Sud dispose d’un badge correspondant au droit de jouissance de stationnement dans le parking souterrain et les parkings extérieurs.

 

E – Création d’un budget en prévision des travaux infiltrations/aménagement, alimenté par un versement de 200 000 €.

 

F – Transfert des fonds du compte avance travaux existant (14 365,61 €.) sur le budget créé à la résolution E.

11 - IMPLEMENTATION OF SURFACE ROAD REPAIR WORKS (3RD PHASE OF FUNDING)
After the asphalt work and the installation of automatic barriers, we are making a final appeal for funds to finalise the improvements to the Via d’Aoste and the allée Marcel Burnet.
To finalise the marking of the parking spaces on the ground, the signposting of the spaces reserved for doctors, physiotherapists, disabled people and drop-off points on the Via d’Aoste and Marcel Burnet.
The installation of the last granite blocks in our possession to mark out and secure the automatic gates, the pedestrian paths, the accesses to the various technical premises, boiler room, transformer and access to the park of the rose garden of the Marcel Burnet alley.
Plus the installation of a set of bicycle hoops on via d’Aoste and Marcel Burnet, and a motorbike parking area on Marcel Burnet, on available spaces but not large enough to accommodate car parking.
12.1 - PRINCIPLE OF THE REPAIR OF THE WOODEN BARRIERS (GREPON - VIA D'AOSTE - ROSERAIE)
Rehabilitation of existing wooden fences, one in front of the Grepon building along Marie Paradis. One along the Rose Garden Park, on the Marcel Burnet side. The last one on the Via d’Aoste, next to the Florimont condominium
12.3 - PRINCIPLE OF THE WORKS FOR THE CREATION OF A WOODEN BARRIER ALONG THE VIA D'AOSTE DROP-OFF POINT
In order to delimit and ensure the pedestrian path at the level of the two drop-off spaces that were created during the asphalt works on the Via d’Aoste. We propose the creation of a wooden barrier on the pavement islands adjacent to these two spaces.
12.5 - PRINCIPLE OF THE WORK TO REPLACE A TREE NEAR THE GH BUILDINGS ON ALLEE MARCEL-BURNET
For the removal of a potentially dangerous tree, to be replaced by a low-growing tree.
12.7 - PRINCIPLE OF THE PAVEMENT REPAIR WORK ON VIA D'AOSTE
Partial repair of the dilapidated pavements along the via d’Aoste, as well as a reorganisation of the rainwater collection on these pavements. The project presented to you consists of resizing the pavement along the Pôle Emploi so as to allow a disabled person or a person with a pushchair to walk along it, which is not the case at present. To do this, the pavement will be widened slightly and secured by installing metal and granite posts
13.1 - PRINCIPLE OF THE REPAIR WORK ON THE EXIT RAMP OF THE VIA D'AOSTE CAR PARK
Repairing the floor of the slope at the exit of the garage via d’Aoste in order to remove the two trenches that have been created over the years and which damage the vehicles.
14 - DESIGN AND TENDER FOR THE WATERPROOFING OF THE CAR PARK SLAB AND THE RENOVATION OF THE SOUTH CHAMONIX SQUARE
Item related to the continuation of the project to renovate the car park and the spaces that cover it: continuation of the project management mission of Alpes Concept Travaux and its teams for the writing of the final preliminary project, the drafting of a consultation file for companies, the submission of the building permit, and assistance with the awarding of work contracts.
15 - REPLACEMENT OF THE OLD CHALET POUBELLES DU CHAMOIS BLANC WITH A BICYCLE ROOM
The old “dustbin” chalet near the Chamois Blanc has not been used for a long time and its condition is deteriorating year by year. We propose to demolish it. Proposals will be made as to the use of the vacated space.
